W211 2008 e350 weird issue
I’m having a weird problem where when I’m going down a hill and stop at a light large amounts of exhaust comes out. It doesn’t smell funny or have a weird color. Also when I park on a hill and the front is facing downward exhaust still comes out minutes later even after the car is not running.
anyone else have this problem?
I was thinking catalytic converter but it also could be something more problematic with the engine. When they changed the oil recently they did not see anything weird mixed in with the oil.

Do you have a CHECK ENGINE light on which would indicate any problems or does your car suffer on hesitation when accelerating ? Whats your outside temperature at where you live ?
