reception, and the operation of the remote key. I have metalized film on all of my windows on my truck and I've noticed that I could lose as much as 2 bars of signal on my cell phone whenever my windows are rolled up. Crack open a window and I gain at least a bar. If you search on other forums, you'll see a consensus as well. I used to tint for a living during my days in high school, and trust me metalized film does wonders in terms of reducing interior temperature and the prevention from turning purple, but they also have some disadvantages. Llumar recently came out with a non metalized film that is ideal for your situation. Other brands to consider are Huper Optik and Madico. Check out their site.
