Turbo problem E220

Turbo problem E220
Hi,
So I have a problem that my E220 diesel will go to limp mode everytime I press the gas harder and the car uses the turbo longer than 5s. Checked live parameters on STAR diagnostics twice now and it shows low turbo boost
Checked the intercooler hoses seems okay (seals replaced)
Turbo was brought to the shop no mechanical issues just the actuator had problems so fixed that didn't help
EGR and Catalitic converter is long gone from this car
MAF was changed out didn't help
(not related maybe, but while searching the problem transmission leak was found so new transmission lines, radiator, full transmission flush and PWM selenoid change was done)
HELP! No codes no nothing running out ideas what to do. So any suggestions?
