Mercedes M271 kompressor, sometimes rattle a few seconds at "cold start"

I know that Im not the only one who suffer this problem.
But I have the whole camdrive system replaced for about 25000km ago by myself(camgear sprockets, camchain, plastic guide rails, tensioner, oilpump chain)The new parts was quality products from Germany. The old camgear sprockets was torn out because of that the chain had stretched.

The car is parked in garage every night with a temerature of 20celsius. But now it started to rattle for some seconds at startup in the mornings. It does not rattle every time at "cold" startup) but more often than not. If the car is turned of immediatly after startup and then started again the rattle dissapere every time. Its not any rattle on idle or higher rpms.
Its a 0w oil in the engine.

Is there anyone who knows if there are some sort of check valve in the oil filter assembly that could have failed?
Any ideas where to start the troubleshooting?
