Central locking issues 2004 E320 cdi

Central locking issues 2004 E320 cdi
Hi my fellow Merc lovers, ive just picked up my 2nd Merc, im not a rich man but i know what im looking for and after looking at 6 or 7 E320`s i just purchased a 2004 3.0 V6 cdi, but its not without its minor issues:-
1) The key wont unlock or lock the car unless i hold the key right up to the door handle - Is this caused by the central locking ECU in that door? FIXED BY REPLACING THE RF ANTENNA AMPLIFIER IN THE NEAR SIDE C PILLAR
2) It locks fine, but when i try to unlock it, the plastic button at the top of the door card jumps up and down in its hole and it does not unlock - is this also caused by the C/L ECU in that door or is it the Servo mechanism? FIXED BY REPLACING THE SPRING AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO BELOW
First jobs to do tomorrow, oil & filter change and book in for a gearbox oil & filter change, diesel injector cleaner already in the tank with £40 worth of v/power shell diesel
Also i think the steering angle sensor is duff along with 1 or more duff abs sensors as the SRS is duff and the cruise control does not engage, book in for OBD diagnostic
But initially i would appreciate your thoughts on the central locking issues.

Ok this video is the answer for bouncing central locking, as for the key fob only working when held next to the door handle, i am lead to believe its the antenna amp behind the rear pillar trim, and something about a broken red/yellow wire? Oh my days
