04 e320 cdi no speedo, abs error, esp error, stuck in park

Hi everybody! New to this forum and new to Mercedes.
I have a problem with my otherwise excellent e320 cdi that I have driven it 10k km after purchase.

I'll try to lay out all the symptoms as accurately as possible:
After a 100km drive in very wet weather the speedo suddenly dropped to 0 and instantly got abs and esp errors. Also the transmission went to limp mode and the steering got heavier. I was only 10km away from home, so drove home slowly.

Here are the errors I get:
Speedtronic Drive to workshop!
(lightning symbol) Display faulty Visit workshop!
ABS Display faulty Visit workshop!
ESP Display faulty Visit workshop!

And the abs light is on

Problem is that the car is stuck in park and doesn't matter how many times I restart the car, it wont go into any gear and the errors wont go away.
Had absolutely 0 symptoms of something failing before this and seems like something just snapped.

Any ideas of what to look for are very welcome!

Got a merc technician who found some free time to do some diagnostics on the car. Here is what he found:

Main problem that caused all the errors was ESP module. Disconnected it, opened it and found some moisture and corrosion on the chip. Cleaned it and luckily started functioning properly.

Cause of the moisture was the main drain in the bottom of the windshield - was stuck. Actually it was not stuck of leaves or anything. At some point someone had done some work in the area and fitted the drain hose back incorrectly and it was pinched in 2 places. I refit it properly and now the water flows without problems.

Sadly water has gotten in some places where it should not have and still get some weird errors, but nothing that stops the car from functioning properly. Currently cleaning and drying the engine compartment, hopefully the car will be fine.

Please describe that drain. I'm familiar with the hose from the sunroof but not the bottom of the windshield.

Thank you,
Peter
