Battery Draw
Hello Everyone!

this is my first time on the w211 so excuse me if this has already been covered.
I drive a '09 e350 amg (W211) and ive been coming out to my car and its dead. i purchased a new battery and it hasnt fixed the problem so im assuming is a battery drain from electronics that are on while my car is switched off.
is there any way I can know for sure which system is possibly doing that?

2010 E63 AMG, 2003 E500
My 2003 E500 had similar problems and it turned out to be both power seat modules.

Not really. Instead of replacing the faulty modules my Indy mechanic just soldered a couple of wires together to eliminate the overnight draw. The power seats still work but only with the key in the ignition and on. Works for me.

i’ll look into that thank you!

i just changed the battery under warranty and i see a significant difference in the voltage. hopefully i don’t need to go the extra mile of soldering wires...

I have a parasitic draw too. Ive ordered milwalkee infrared thermal imager (featured in video) to eliminate it + use for quick screen of ppl approaching perimeter w/ fever

Did you Purchase the $300 or the $500 Milwaukee thermal imager?
