E320 Wagon and Sat Radio
Where is the Satellite radio antenna mounted in an E wagon? On roof? Somehwere else? Or does it use something other than the little black box that is used on the sedans?

So I need some more information on the Sat install on my 2004 E-Class Wagon. It would appear that all the appropriate wiring, including an antenna connection is already located in the left rear panel. Am I to assume that the antenna wire goes to somewhere in the roof, waiting for someone to drill a hole and connect the actual antenna? How am I supposed to know where that antenna wire goes?
I have searched and looked for info on the sat install and can't seem to get a clear picture of how to do it on my particular car. What I've picked up is that I probably need the module (part #?), and actual antenna to connect to the wire supposedly waiting under the roof somewhere, and a bracket to mount the module in the rear panel. Is that about right?

Headliner and roof templates are suggested for proper install inclusive of locating prewired SDAR antenna leads at roof, PM your email address and I will forward bulletin.
