UPDATE#2 SRS LIGHT (2005 e500) FIXED!!!!!

Hello,

So far I believe I have found the codes that my vehicle was originally programmed with. The only error code I get now is that my module is faulty so I'll buy a used one off of eBay.

(After 10 hours of trial and error I will never touch the code without creating a back up file. Please it only takes 2 minutes, make a back up file!!!!)

does anybody know if I were to install a used airbag module with crash data if that would make the airbags in my vehicle blow up when I install it?

I have to install the used airbag module and turn on my vehicle so that way I can program my vin and other code to the airbag module via my scanner. I'm scared if I were to install an airbag module with crash data already on it, my airbags would go off. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thank you!

I'll upload my method to rule out everything except my module.
These were the steps I did on my scanner if anyone was wondering.

Thank you!

EDIT: Just checked coding and wanted to see what else I could do. I activated all seat belt emergency tensioners and THE SRS LIGHT IS GONE, NO CODES!!!!!! So the unit I ordered won't be needed and I am happyyyyy
