Wheel fitment of W212 E63 Wheels on w211 E55. Offset fit?

Wheel fitment of W212 E63 Wheels on w211 E55. Offset fit?
Okay, I have done a lot of searching on the forums and every thread seems to die out when someone asks the question about rear wheel fitment.
Currently, I have stock OEM 18" E55 AMG wheels. Stock tire sizes.
I am looking at getting W212 E63 18" wheels and putting my same size tires on them. I just want to get rid of my bent wheels, not looking to add huge amounts of new rubber.
The part number of the rear wheels is, A2124012602.
W211 Stock is 9" rear wheel with 39mm offset.
W212 Stock is 9.5" rear wheel with 52mm offset.
Can anyone help determine if this will just bolt up, without any spacer?
