Logic 7 issues
Has anyone else experienced a drop out of channel in the "Logic 7 Surround" sound mode from a CD playing in the 6 Disc carousel? I notice that when I turn the volume up on a CD in this mode, I get a drop out of the right channel. I can get the channel back if I switch to "standard" sound mode, or, if I stop and restart the car, I get the channel back in the "Logic 7 Surround" mode. Until...I turn the volume up again. Very odd.
Also, after stopping the car and leaving it in the garage overnight, sometimes if I leave the car in "AUX" or "Radio" mode, when I start it up in the morning, it will start playing the Primary CD in the top slot.
And, after turning the car off, with say...track "7" playing on a CD....when I restart the car, it will be playing "track 7", but will indicate "track 1" on the COMMAND display.
I would appreciate any input from any other 2004 E500 owners with similar experiences. Thanks.

Logic 7
I just brought my car in for service on the stereo. the cd changer does the exact samething... the changer is playing track 14 but is showing track 1 also that the sub woofer keeps cracking... I'll let you know what they say after I get my car back from the dealer...

I loose the entire Right Channel and i cant get it back no matter what mode i put it in...Eventually if i let the car sit for about a half hour, it comes back. I did the software update (useless) so i am requesting a new head unit when it goes in for my Service C (9500 miles) which is in two weeks.
