Replace or not to Replace, that is the question

Hello friends,

Here are the sounds that I am currently hearing:
I feel like both should be replaced, but i'm looking for a second opinion.

Would you replace these items?

Grab the water pump by the threaded shaft and shake it up and down. Depending on mileage I would replace the pulleys and the pump.
