Pedal Position Sensor/Throttle Position Sensor???

99' Mercedez Benz E320
Pedal Position Sensor/Throttle Position Sensor???
P0410 - malfunction of secondary air injection / P0300 - Misfiring / P0304 - Misfire of Cylinder 4
ive been having this code for over 2 years now,, ive changed both the throttle position sensor and the pedal position sensor used from the junkyard 2 times each..
any idea what else it may be? i had the MAF go out on me before all these codes and i changed it but it was aftermarket..it idles rough but drives smooth, i replaced all the breather connector hoses when i did the spark plugs, and it has a brand new battery..... when i first completed that job the car was idling smooooooth! after a few uses it just started idling rough...2001 E320
