When you put the new pads on, did you lube everything real good and applied that anti squeal paste on the back of the pads?
Had the same issue on a previously owned 2007 S550 (W221). Took everything apart, cleaned all pins and removed any surface rust, lubed everything real good and applied the anti squeal paste and that did correct the issue.

I took it to a shop and it's possible that they neglected to install them correctly or forgot to add paste.
Have an appointment on Saturday with another place, so hopefully they'll be able to resolve the situation.
