Limp Mode
-MIL Codes: P2030-4, P2067
-DTR-Distronic: No communication
-ESM- No communication
-Suspension: No communication
-Limp Mode: Stuck in 3rd gear
-Dash: Gears are blank, “Display Malfunction”, “Distronic Malfunction”, Service B overdue though I’ve changed the Antifreeze Coolant, transmission fluid, and oil.
-CAN connectors are bone dry. No corrosion.
-CGM connectors are not corroded.
-ETC is bone dry.
-DTR is bone dry.
Observations:
-Front suspension has lowered, rear not so much.
-This problem happened while 95 degrees, super humid, raining, while starting the car and driving for approximately 10min.
-Using Foxwell nt510 for Mercedes Codes
-Can’t shift to past P unless I press the button on the shift mechanism below the shifter.
Replaced:
-New Genuine Mercedes-Benz Floor Shift Mechanism 211-267-63-24 (original was A2112672924)
-Conductor Plate to new along with new trans fluid, filter, and connector.
-No change in Limp Mode. Same codes arise.
I’m starting to believe that this is a problem with the Central Gateway Module Putting the car in safe mode (limp mode) though it’s clearly super clean, no corrosion. Reason being is that when I try to scan Distronic on Foxwell I get no communication, I try to scan suspension on the scanner and I also get no communication, and no communication Gear Shift Module on CAN BUS. These three are linked to CAN C and N93 Central Gateway Module.
Lost for words... any insight can help. I can provide pictures of codes and or live data if you point me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Last question, do I need to code in the new shift gear mod I replaced? I’ve read quite a few answers saying NO and a handful saying yes.
anywho, I’ll update regardless.
thanks
UPDATE on all this also is that the NEW "virgin" SHIFTER just had to be re-program'd to my vehicle. I read in a lot of forums that it didn't have to be re-programed if it was new, but that is not the case.
