Guys have you seen this automatic gearbox?

I have never see this type of gearbox on a w211 do you have any idea? I want to buy this car so your advise will be appreciated! The car is located in Greece, is an E200 1,800cc 163hp.

Also give me any information for the multimedia system.I observed that there is no cd entrance. Is this model with a multidisc system? Thanks in advance

It's an automated single clutch manual. Mercedes called it sequentronic 716.6. BMW called it SMG. It sucked in all aplications.

That's the poverty spec radio.
