I have read through a ton of threads about this already and have found a ton of diffrent answers. I am looking to order aftermarket wheels and tires but want to be sure of size and offset. Car is not lowered YET, but i plan to go atleast 1" - 1.5" lower with links in the future. I am looking for thag concave wheel look while still being able to turn, and i DO NOT want to roll fenders or anything like that.

Here are my 2 choices, both same rims.
Staggered
Front 20x8.5 +35 offset
245/30/20 tires
Rear 20x9.5 +40 offset
285/25/20 tires

OR

Front 19x8.5 +35 offset
245/35/19 tires
Rear 19x9.5 +40 offset
275/30/19 tires.

Any help appreciated
