Question my radio and ac shut down every 10 second and other electrical gremlins

HI y all its my first time posting here, so please let me know if i m not doing it right .i m seeking some help with my flickering electric convenience features and headlight
VIDEO:

PROBLEM : I have a s211 e350 from 2007 HK sound (wagon ). It drove and was fine until recently, now when i drive or have key on contact, ac and radio keep rebooting, dome light flash randomly, my seat randomly decide to go all the way forward . abs esp srs light came on. MY right headlight is constantly flashing also noticed when key on contact the P shifter light get dimmer then very bright same with radio screen randomly dimming it start and run fine had it losing power once or twice . i have another issue related to secondary air system fuse blown twice idk if that could be related. windows go down but it takes a few push of the button to get them to go 1 inch up

Diagnostic on my part
I have replaced the battery and alternator as battery was 7 years old and would need to be jumped i also changed alternator after reading voltage regulator issue . car seem to hold charge and havent had to jump it in forever voltage seems alright to me it tend to jump a bit when the electric turn off no obd code brought it to a "specialist" he said he didnt really had spots but put it on the reader and said he couldnt access bcm and put me on my way out. I feel like i checked every fuse in this car.

CURRENT SITUATION
the wagon run and drive but having the dome light flashing randomly and music and ac shutting off every 2 second is really worrying me . Hope MB world can help me really couldnt find any similar threads .

Switch to the voltage display and see what the voltage is doing when all this happens. With the car off, switch to the temperature display and hit the reset button 3 times. That should bring up the voltage display. Should be around 14-14.5 when driving. I'd check for loose wires or bad ground. Possible it could be a bad alternator too.

You mentioned buying a new battery, but did you consider the auxiliary battery?
