Throttle controller review

I just installed a Throttle controller. I would have to say it wakes up the E500 response quite a bit. Should work with your E320 also. I always know the car has power but it is just lazy driving around city streets. doesn't feel like a 300hp v8. It surely made it much more fun to drive city and hwy. It is a pretty easy install too. Just remove your gas pedal. (1 10mm nut) unplug the harness and plug in the controller harness in between. There are various modes to choose from. Really worth the $150 or so. No regrets!!!

There is a few brands out there I'm sure they all do the same thing. so I got the cheapest one at the time. Funny enough after I installed it. I found one on AMZ for even way less. Im not trying to promote any certain brand but I listed them below. You can try them out
Sprint Booster
Pedal commander
roar pedal
apolo
9-Drive
Racechip

Not to sound like a smartass but what does this throttle controller do that my foot can't besides make my wallet lighter?

Thanks to a flawed 'white paper' on a Mercedes that didn't have a throttle delay they were deemed not to work .

Had he tested one that had a delay a general perception would of been different .

Thankfully we now have proof from cameras in the engine bay filming the throttle plate , dyno testing and timed accelerations that show the foot is not faster .

Rule of thumb , no delay , product doesn't make a difference .

A delay and product makes a notible difference .

On a 320 you can simply swap a larger 500 throttle body. Not only do you get faster throttle response it also increases peak power.

The controller change the curve of the signal depending on the set mode. I felt there are some delay in the OEM throttle response. Which made the car lazy and boring to drive. To me, the controller minimize that delay and optimized the curve of throttle. I dont know if you can change the delay w the foot. Made it more fun and energetic to drive. There is actually an "ECO" setting that make all the response slower more dull than OEM..
Most of these brand have a 30day return policy if you dont like it return it.
