ESP malfunction
The car was fine yesterday but I got In this morning and it starts up but it shows ESP malfunction and the gas pedal has no effect. Wtf happened? I pulled the front wheels and cleaned the ABS sensors I also checked all the fuses.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
You need a scanner that can scan MB specific codes. Normally it's things like wheel speed sensors, steering angle sensors, yaw sensor, and brake light switch. But those usually don't stop it from moving so it might be something else. There's several of them out there, but probably the cheapest around is the Autel HT200 at Walmart at $50, there's a Launch Thinkcar 2 for $40, but you won't get it til December so probably not worth the wait.
