Mercedes E55 w211 smoking and eating up coolant

Hey guys I have a 2006 e55 that began to give me a small problem a few days again my car showed a message saying to add coolant and turn the car off . I did so and then a few days later I raced the car for a few hours then it says the same message to add more coolant. I’m confused I see no leak so maybe a head gasket? Today I checked the coolant and it looked a little lower than when I added coolant the previous time so I add a little more , now the car is leaking a little coolant from the back of the engine and it’s causing a smoke from near the Throttlebody can someone give me an idea of what it could be? I’m taking it to the mechanic tomorrow if they can fit me in I’ll keep everyone updated: but please give me some ideas if possible. The car smokes a little but it’s very cold here in N.C . Also give me a follow on Instagram @ themercedesambassador
