Error code p2015

I have a 2007 e320 bluetec. My check engine light came on with the code p2015 and now my car seems like it lost power or boost. After I take off it seems find until it shifts into the next gear then it slowly creeps up on speed. I can go up to 70 mph still but it take like 20 seconds to get there. What could be causing this problem and what could I do to fix it..

Intake manifold swirl flap motor is the first thing that comes to mind. My car threw that code when the motor quit working, symptoms just like yours. Not a difficult fix on the straight 6 but can't attest to how easy it is on the bluetec.

Here's my thread on it:

Thank you for your response! I thought it was my swirl flap motor. I already know it’s an expensive fix. But what are your thoughts on a swirl flap delete? Is it a good idea or should I just get it fixed.. what should I look out for?

$150 for the part plus a few hours if you're going slowly makes it one of the cheaper fixes on a Benz, even if you hire it out.... As long as the flaps themselves are able to move freely, why not fix it correctly?

I would like to fix it properly, I just expected it to cost like $1,000+ to get it fixed and would not like to spend so much.. how much would you expect it to cost...?
