Audio 20 to Comand NTG1 swap problem

Audio 20 to Comand NTG1 swap problem
Hello,
I am swapping my NTG1 Audio 20 head unit with a NTG1 Comand.
Pics of both units here:

The problem lies in how I am going to supply the Comand with power through the thick block of cables that the original Audio 20 came with?
Are there any cheap variants of this?:

Is there an adapter between this link:

... and the rightmost input on the picture of the Comand backside?
What other solutions are there than an adapter?
