Are W211 parts interchangeable for LH Drive and RH Drive?

Are W211 parts interchangeable for LH Drive and RH Drive?
I am looking to order a fuel pump system from FPCEuro (See This) However my E500 is a Japanese import (I am in NZ) where driver side is on the right. I am assuming FCPEuro's parts are catered towards the standard US layout where driver side is on the left. The fuel system has a pump on the passenger side and sender unit on the driver side and I am wondering if ordering from FCPEuro would fit my car.

Why don't you just share your VIN and someone can help you find the part number you need. That way you can check it and know for sure.

Good idea, waiting on FCPEuro to get back to me. Just wondering if this is a common issue for international buyers.

I think you just need to get a copy of EPC and see what the part numbers are and see if they match up to what you have. I would assume that they would try and minimize different part numbers so the fuel tank parts could probably all be the same. They do the same thing with other parts that work on multiple platforms aside from the W211.
