ANDROID HEAD UNIT REPLACEMENT

I have a mercedes-benz e220 from 2006, w211. I bought an android head unit and a optic fiber decoder. The android head unit still cannot be installed.
I don't know if it really can't be installed or if my car electricist is not able to install it.
Do I need the 6m cable? And the antena cable?
There are 16pin, 14pin and 20pin cables. Which one of them is the one I need? Where can I buy it?
I will upload some pictures of the head unit I bought and the fiber decoder.

fiber decoder

Thank you for your help!

Does it power on? What is "cannot be installed"? This guy does one with a different head unit but talks about the fiber optic box:

I don't even know if it turns on. Yesterday I spoke to another car electricist and he told me he can install the new head unit and that every w211 with fiber needs either a fiber box or the 6m cable, but not the two simultaneously.
Another guy is now telling me that the fiber box I have is not the right one, because the right one has 2 CAN lines. Yet, this car electricist tells me that my optic fiber is fine and he can install the head unit. He even told me I can choose if I want to do it with the fiber box or the 6m cable (he can do it anyways). Now I'm just hoping that he truly can do it.
