This is the best car I have ever owned. From the initial purchase experience, through all 50,000 miles, everything has been terrific. Any service or warranty work has been done perfectly.
An example. My wife drives an Oldsmobile minivan. It developed a water leak. We spent the better part of six months trying to convince the dealer that we were not making up the problem. With the E320, I told the dealer that the center display would occasionally have a thin dark line down the middle. They made an appointment and replaced the display, without witnessing the problem. Absolutely took my word for it. First time a dealer had ever done that with me.

Since the mileage is mostly highway, I am still using the original tires, brakes, etc. I have only had scheduled maintenance and a couple of warranty items.
The warranty items were the center display, an antenna splitter, and an air conditioner filter.
Every service has been terrific. The car was finished on time, cleaned and I was always given a Mercedes as a loner.
