Hey ,, I saw many threads about this bust still don't have answer.
my car is 2005 w211 e 320
every week especially when the car is idle for a whole day I get a message "reduced brake power start engine !"when turning the ignition on .. it goes away after a minute .
Last month I replaced the sbc unit ,and brake part under the steering .
I checked the problem with diagnostics and doesn't show any problem .
Before two weeks I replaced the esp module(still get the message).
Please help !

Get a voltmeter and read the auxiliary battery before you start the car in the morning. The best deal for that battery is from FCP Euro, its OEM. I checked last month and it was $100.

I checked the the main battery and the auxillary on the mb star diagnostics and showed no problem .
Still I need to check manually?

who is the manufacturer and what is date of your auxiliary battery.
and read the voltage, with a volt meter, before you start your car in the morning.... Still

It is a bad replacement .. chinese I think .

Thanks .. I replaced the auxillary battery ,, I got bosch .
Everything is good now for almost 3 weeks .
