Codes P0154 & P0134 o2 sensor

Codes P0154 & P0134 o2 sensor
Hi
I Have a problem with my mothers w211 E-class, v6 engine year 2002. She have had the car to a company that change the two o2 sensors uppstream cat. But the car still have the same codes and light comes on after drivning 8km.
The say it may be the ECU that is the problem, but they aren't sure. So I wounder if someone here have had the same problem and could tell me were to start looking. I have checked wires from ecu down to o2 sensor and the seems fine.
There are no fuses or relay to the sensors what i can see.
