I took a look to Osram and Philips's prices, they are really expensive, should i buy OEM brands or cheap Chinese brands would do the trick?
i ran morimoto d2s bulbs in my audi s6 for several years and was happy with them. you will absolutely want to replace both bulbs at the same time however, there is no way they will match otherwise.
Yes, replace both bulbs. Even if you bought the exact same replacement, due to age the color won't match exactly. Also, you'll be saving yourself some time as the other side is probably going to fail soon.
I believe the factory color is 4300k. You can shop around, but I'd only get the name brand stuff. The cheap China stuff doesn't last as long and they flicker when they go bad. Get it from a legit source, lots of fakes out there.
