Transmission problems again… WTF

So, Almost 2 months ago, one of my speed sensors gave out and my car was locked in limp mode. Used to be able to shut the car off and restart to fix, until I floored it one time and it stayed in low gear, effectively stuck in limp mode. Indy changed conductor plate which initially seemed to fix the problem as I no longer was stuck in limp mode. However after about a month and a half the problems came back again. Once again, I have codes for bad speed sensors. Along with some other generic transmission codes. The replacement conductor plate I purchased was a refurbished unit from a seller on EBay who sells OEM Benz and Porsche parts. I will message him letting him know that I think the unit he sent me is defective, and since it came with a 6 month warranty, he should honor it. A few weeks ago, I was on the freeway just cruising at 60mph when my car felt like it was stuck in 5th or 6th gear (a symptom I originally had before replacing the conductor plate). So I’ve been taking the back roads to work lately and while I was climbing a hill today my car got stuck in low gear. Turned off the engine, restarted and all was good. But on my way home, I was cruising at 35 mph, CEL came on and I realized my car was stuck in low gear again after doing a 30-70 pull. Posted are the codes I have from a generic code reader. Car is a 2007 E550. About 500 miles off from 149k miles. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be appreciated. I knew I shouldn’t have purchased a refurbished part, but I’m a college student living with my girlfriend and she wanted me to save the money instead of getting a brand new plate from FCPEURO. I know it’s an old car with a lot of miles but this is still ridiculous.

Sorry about the rant guys. I’m just a little pissed off because I thought my car was finally sorted after they changed the conductor plate almost 2 months ago.

I thought if you got a new conductor plate it had to be coded by the dealer. If you send out your old conductor plate and have it rebuilt, it doesn't need to be coded as it's the same one.

It was coded by my Indy shop.

So I cleared the codes earlier. Those codes I posted with the speed sensors were the same codes I had when my conductor plate first went bad. I’m praying my Indy just forgot to clear the codes, because after clearing them my car has behaved just fine. Did several 0-60 pulls and 60-100 pulls and its working fine now. Knock on wood…
