Beautiful. If I could afford that, I would have bought that as well. Not really comparable to the E-class, since the SL55 is a two-door sports car (not to mention $60,000 or so more).

Ah, to be rich, in law school and in San Diego.
When I was in law school I drove a 1966 Datsun 411, a/k/a a "Bluebird."

When I was in law school, I drove an '81 VW Scirrocco with 83 hp or something like that. I put a do it yourself bolt-on turbo charger on it, and got it up to about 120 hp. Fun car however.

Nice car although I do think it is kind of lame that you bought that care to spite the way people treated you here (at least that it how it appears when you go and reread your other thread).
By the way, how many litres of oil does that thing take?

Actually, although I've given semi-serious replies in both of "her" threads, I definitely sense the presence of a troll. Some of "her" statements just ... don't ... quite... add.... up.

Definitely sounds a little fishy, but who knows. I was trying to get her to answer my question about which golf course was family owned in her other thread. On the other hand, if she was stretching the truth, one wouldn't typically conjure up a family owned golf course as a choice of business.

This is a very peculiar thread. I find her initial comments strange as most people who purchase a car of this caliber are usually well versed in what they want and not settling for anything else.

This suspected troll has yet to post on the SL55 forum. Must be busy with the new car.:p Considering law school admission, hopefully their ability to argue will improve.

Darn! I knew that I should pick that Ferrari Modena 360 Spider last week, instead of the new 2004 E500. Well, let me dig through my trash see if I can still find that postcard....OOPS I mean, I'll go back next week to the Ferarri dealer to get a better picture of my new Ferrari.
