OM 646 - W211 - Turbo Issues

Thumbs up OM 646 - W211 - Turbo Issues
Hello everyone,

I need help. My car wont actuate Turbo after I got a new TURBO cartridge installed. at first the turbo would only respond upon the second acceleration/ 2nd demand for power. But now it wont actuate the Turbo at all. I have replaced the Boost Pressure Sensor,cleaned the Manifold and also changed the Mass airflow sensor. Upon diagnosis I have this error that WONT go away even when I clear error codes. Any suggestions?

This is the Error I get Permanently and whenI clear Error codes it temporarily disappears, Turbo Come on and in less than 10 seconds turbo shuts OFF again.
