Follow Up= Please help- 2009 350E Dash- light dim AFTER all 4 tires replaced
Please help, my 2009 350E Dash- light dim AFTER all 4 tires replaced yesterday at Costco. I drove away and can hardly see the light where the mileage date etc would be. Drove to another Costco as I had another appt. and the manger and supervisor could not figure it out- please help with this. I can't find anything online.
Thank you. Jacque
Follow-up- I followed the directions posted below but that did not turn the lights brighter AND ,the lights on the ceiling (the main ones on the right and left), they are not turning on either. ALL of the lights were working fine BEFORE having the tires changed- please advise.
Thank you. Jacque

Thank you so much for posting this picture and instructions! I did turn that clockwise so, let's see if that fixes it...for good. It was so odd the timing with the 4 tire change and I know that sometimes like with the battery being changed, its like the whole system needs to be re-set or something.
Another question- Yeserday I had the Costco 245/45/17 Bridgestone Turengo tires put on (I had the PureCotanct Continental) and the car is SO much shorter/lower! I feel like these tires look "really bad" and they were 212.00 each![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Thoughts?

Do you have a picture of that or a diagram? I'm sorry, I am so not good with these things. I just found this but I am not sure what this means/looks like, in the 2009 E350:"When your car interior lights stop working, the best place to start is also the easiest fix. "The most common cause of this problem is when someone other than the driver uses the dome light or dimmer switch"- (I am SURE this is what happened when the tire guy got in my seat) This can leave the interior lights in a state where they no longer come on when you open the door.
Depending on how your interior lights are wired, and the types of switches you have, you may need to push a different combination of buttons to get your interior lights to come on. In general, you will want to try rotating the dimmer (if there is one) and try it in different positions. In some cases, rotating the dimmer all the way in one direction will cause it to click, which may either indicate it is in the on position or the off position.
With the dimmer in different positions or the dash-mounted interior light button in different positions, you can try operating your dome light, map light, or other interior lights with their individual switches."
