Mercedes-Benz E320 4Matic Wagon
Question Any minor modification recommendations??

I have a 2004 Mercedes E320 4matic wagon and it has 197,000 miles on it in very good condition. I just bought it a few months ago and I'm in the process of replacing everything that needs it ie. Motor mounts, tires, O2 sensors, etc. It is going swimmingly (other than being outrageously expensive for a college student's budget)
Anyways, I plan on doing some minor and mostly cosmetic modifications. It will need new suspension soon based on noises, ride quality and visual inspection. I plan on replacing it with aftermarket adjustable air suspension (it does not have the airmatic suspension currently). Earlier this month the secondary catalytic converter split in two, after I welded it shut I began to think of replacing it with a better sounding one. Maybe just resonators or catbacks. I also plan on tinting the fog lamps and putting tips on the exhaust that actually show themselves. Perhaps some auxiliary lamps of some sort.
So far I've just been doing basic repairs, I don't plan on touching the engine, I just want to make it look and sound better. (I will post photos if requested)
Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on his extremely mild "build" ? Preferably on a budget.
