I put steve with a taxi as a joke.. he is staying with a fellow board member who im positive will come to the meet. If not, I'm sure one of us would gladly pick him up! BigSis, let me know.

I'd like to, but I'm not worthy since I'm not yet a M-B owner... Through a close relative I ordered an '05 E320 using his employee discount, but we have yet to hear from MBUSA whether this purchase will be filled from dealer stock or if the car needs to be factory ordered. It could be within a week or two, or take as long as 8 weeks before the folks in Montvale call us back. In the meantime I'm still driving a 5 year old BMW and wouldn't be able to deal with the ridicule if I showed up in that;-)

You will have to park around the corner, and I'll have to charge you $10 instead of $5..

Seriously, come anyway, doesnt matter to me.

I once went to a BBQ in bel air...and I was asked wether I wanted to do ONE comand install for people to look at...and I ended up doing 3 comand installs without having a single piece of BBQ or a single drink...I rather not have that happening again.

As for the taxi...I am sure that my host - Mark Cummins - will come along to the BBQ as well.

I will try to reschedule some of the saturday installs and make it possible to come over earlier as I would hate to drop by when everybody is gone already...

anyways, thanks for aranging this and see yall there!

BBQ was postponed to next Saturday, Oct 2nd!! So come if you can, just let me know. See above in the post for details.

I was able to meet Steve today as well as get my work done - very good guy. Was amazing how fast he completed the work.

I got my new Euro COMAND, Euro Bumper Strips, and Wood Steering Wheel put in today. I'll post pics in a bit.
