Im new here i have the w211 e350 4matic 2006 and i want to upgrade with w211 e550 4matic anyone is have done before thank you.

Yes, you definitely want to sell the 2006 E-350. That one has the bad balance shaft and if yours hasn't gone yet, sell it to a dealer so you don't stiff the next guy with a bad engine. For the 550, get the 2008-2009 models, the 2007 models had bad timing chain idlers on certain engines. Easier to just get 2008+ Plus adding just the E550 engine isn't the same as owning an E550. The E550 had real leather as standard and it also had the cooled/vented seats which were not available on the E350. Real leather was an option on the E350.

 

i have the e350 4matic engine is gone alredy and im planing to put from e550 4matic thats way im asking if anybody got done
