Trouble Codes P0016 and P2009

Hey guys... So my CEL comes on every couple of days for a couple hours or so and then goes away. The codes that come up are p2009 pending, and P2009, P0016. Last year I replaced the intake runner actuator part that had broke, and that solved my check engine light problem until now. I see P2009 meansintake manifold runner control circuit has excessively low voltage for bank 1 - and P0016 is camshaft position sensor for bank 1 does not correlate to the signal from the crankshaft position sensor. Has anyone had any experience with these two coming up together or does anyone have any thoughts as to why they come and go? Car seems to run fine either way as far as I know. Thanks in advance for any input of course!

How many miles on the car? Normally when you have intake manifold problems, you replace the intake manifold. You can get the Pierburg one at FCPeuro and they have a lifetime warranty on the part. The oil separator at the passenger side goes bad along with the oil breather cover which allows oil into the intake instead of fumes so that the oil gums up the flaps. You should have replaced those times when you had the initial error. Just replacing the actuator is a band aid fix as the flaps will continue to gum up from the oil and eventually the flaps will break off and fall into the engine causing engine damage. That's why you should replace the intake instead of doing those band aid fixes unless you're going to get rid of the car soon. Then you'll stiff some other poor soul with the repair later down the road. Crankshaft position errors do pop up once in a while. If the timing chain isn't stretched, you can just replace the sensors, just get OEM Mercedes ones, some aftermarket ones aren't that good.
