Mercedes Benz e350 4matic

cd changer not working

I have a 2006 e350. the battery died, after charging it, the 6 cd player is not working. does anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

Did you check the fuses?

i called a mercedes dealership and they said that since the radio was working, it was not a fuse.

Disconnect main battery for 15 minutes or so to attempt system reset.
