Question w211 with half a brake pedal

Background: Original concern was a blown brake line which I repaired and then bled. This is when I noticed the free travel on the brake pedal. Replaced the master cylinder after the outcome of the tests for it was faulty and bled twice more. Issue still present. Replaced the booster-issue still present. Pulled the back pads off and they were destroyed from being stationary for a long period of time. Replaced the pads and greased to make sure they could move freely. Issue still present.

Helpful information: I am able to actuate every caliper electronically and the wheels become unable to spin. With the brake pedal fully depressed I get no braking power/pressure to the rears. With the pressure bleeder on the vehicle the pedal becomes stiff and will brake the rear wheels, and if I hold pressure on the pedal while doing this and turn the bleeder off, the pedal remains how it is (how it should be).

Not sure if anyone has had anything similar, but anything to help or jog my critical thinking would be appreciated.
Thanks!
