I used the concierge service for the first time and let me tell you that it was really great. This is something that I thought I would have never cared about but I was just sitting there driving one day and thinking about what I had to do...then it hit me...Why not make Mercedes do it! So I did. They made reservations for dinner and some spa reservations. It was quick and accurate. LOVED IT!

The annual renewal just hit my credit card account for $240. I thought of telling them to not renew (it's opt-out of renewal, not opt-in) but decided it was good insurance. My wife is the daily driver and she doesn't want a cell phone. I recall hearing that you're charged extra, by the minute, for non-emergency air time exceeding something like 30 minutes per year.
