03 E500 P0730

Let me start off by saying I did search through threads before hand but couldn't find one meeting my situation. So, my car as stated in the title is an 03 E500 RWD with 222,126mi on her. She has been maintained by the dealer her whole life(have the V.M.I). The trans was serviced, the torque converter and valve body were replaced less that 20k ago.

Recently the car started intermittently acting up but only going up hill under slight throttle. It feels almost like a bad misfire, but goes away if more throttle is applied. Did a fluid and filter change to be safe and did not help. After a few weeks the check engine popped up and the code I got was P0730 with codes P2560 and P2561 being stored.

My question is were to start? Conductor plate maybe? Or could it just be the connector or shift solenoids? I don't suspect the trans it self as their isn't any slippage or loss of acceleration still pulls well. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Picture of the turd attached.
