Hello,
I have a 2006 E320 CDI. When I have to brake Hard (Animal crossing road or issue in front of me) The left rear tire locks up. I would never have known of the issue if I did not have to slam on the brakes. What I have accomplished thus far: The SBC has been replaced by dealer; replaced rear rotors and pads; replaced speed sensor for left rear; replaced rubber brake line for left rear; during brake bleed, thus fluid flush (with a Foxwell) I must have accomplished something incorrectly or the BOU was on its way out anyway...so it has been replaced; Re-bled the system. Re-activated system cleared any/all fault codes for SBC and ESP and the left rear still locks up when hitting the brakes hard. I do not get any warning messages other than the expected yellow triangle for sliding. Any guidance would be wonderful.
My thought is the SBC is bad but it is supposedly new from the dealer. I took it to them for the Warranty issue.

Have dealer revisit at no cost, SBC warranty is 25 years/unlimited mileage.

Ah...so the pressure sensor for that wheel within the SBC. YEP. I will be taking a road trip. Thank you. I had originally thought the sensors were in the BOU (Master Cylinder).
