What frequency does my TPMS use

When I go look for a new set of tire pressure sensors, I see two results: 433mhz and 315 mhz. The E-bay compatibility tool is happy with either one. I think my cars computer is more picky. How do I tell which one I need,
Also, what's a good price to have a tire shop swap out all four. I will provide the new parts and link them.
