W211 instrument cluster problem
Hi all! I recently got my hands on a w211 220 cdi 2004 model. Car runs perfect however i have issues with the instrument cluster and menus on the center display..I ll list my problems below maybe someone had the exact same issues and can guide me to solve them.
1 the digital reading is wrong..when i say wrong i mean i m running with 150 km/h and the digital speedo shows 217 km/h
2 second issue is that it seems that some menus are missing? I can t see the fuel consumption or the range menu it seems to be missing..
3 third problem is that my fuel indicator is stuck at half tank full. It does not go down or up so i don t really know how much gas i have left.
I have to mention that the previous owner said that he changed the instrument cluster but not at mb service. Since the change all these issues apperead. Sorry for my bad english and i hope you guys can help me.
