Aloha,

I don't know the correct term for it but it helps the door swing out and back closed.

It appears to help keep the door open also.

It has a soft rubbery feel around it. Now that it is peeling, the door swings out but but swings back about halfway to the close position.

Pictures below of the driver side door and the front passenger door.

How hard is it to replace this? Will it cause damage to the door alignment if it is not replaced?

I'd appreciate any help on instructions and also the part number.
