YES it is - think of your own IT expert helping get your tool operating, and if needed can remotely help you out for the stuff that's beyond you - and a thoroughly nice guy to work with to boot - everyone with a Merc needs the service offered - why buy some part baked effort with no support for the same money on ebay - support someone keen to help you, not some scammer
