M113K breather cover sealing question regarding sealant
Hi,
I found out that I have an oil leak on both sides of the engine (M113K) coming from the valve covers so I have ordered both gaskets, bolts etc. from the dealer.
Thinking about also resealing both breather covers. At the moment I don't think they are leaking though, possibly sweating a little bit. Just leave it or go for it, what would be best? I saw some have trouble getting it sealed properly?
Still have unopened Versachem 650 RTV sealant which is I think about 5 years old though, will that do the job fine or should I really get: A003989982010 / LOCTITE SI 5970 ?
