2006 7 speed transmission issue

Story line
After a highway run, car went into limp mode. Puled a code 2204 (Turbine Speed Sensor.) I have not had a lift available, so I sent it to my VW\Audi Indy to pull the Valve Body. I first cleared the code, but on the way there, I noticed some hard shifting. I just assumed it was the conductor plate. I
removed the 722.9 conductor plate ensuring that the shift solenoids were kept in the proper place, and sent it to Circuit board Medics. All was reinstalled with proper fluid and filter.
Now: The car shifts like crap. It sometimes feels like it up shifts at 3000 rpm. When I manually shift it (which I never did,) it seems like it has a delay in shifting. When slowing without the brake it downshifts, but when the brake is applied, it downshifts hard!
Build Date 4/2005, 2006 E350 Base WDBUF56J76A796616
I'm not getting codes with the Foxwell Scan tool
I tried the transmission "Reset" with the key \ accel pedal
It's at 100 miles since the refreshed conductor plate was installed.
All advice or thoughtful insight appreciated.
156K Miles - No codes.

See capture to better understand initial speed sensor fault. Have someone pull codes using MB Xentry.

Thanks for the reply. The original fault is gone after having the sensors replaced. I'm no longer seeing the 2204 code...

Do you have any ideas what the issue could be at this point? I'll see if I can get hands a Xentry scan tool if that will help.

Konigstiger, thanks for your help today. When I got home, I ran a scan and got the following codes (Remember, I had a conductor plate failure \service):

54F0 CAN comm interrupted
6403 (under-voltage)
4A42 Comm CGW/ZGW

I also have the pesky 930E code.

After clearing all again, this time in each section, not a general "clear all" All but the last went away, and it's shifting properly (Today) I'll update any further issues, but your help is greatly appreciated.
