Hi guys, I am looking for "service Manual" ( NOT the owner manual ) for 2003, E320 Sedan either hardcopy or PDF (online).
Any help appreciated greatly.

 

The full dealer repair manual is the WIS which you can buy on eBay for under $10. Just search for Mercedes WIS. They killed it after 2020 and went with a new system, but for a 2003, it should still work fine. EPC is also part of it which is the electronics parts catalog, all you do is put in your vin and it will tell you the right parts for your car.

Thanks for the reply. Do you own this book? Is it something like Haynes repair manual & guides? It seems so cheap but I am wondering if that covers my car model and year as well ?!
About WIS which I found out is the electronics type, Is it free thru that book?
I am kind of lost now...

 

Not a book. It's a huge file that you download to your computer.

 

It's not that easy to use, it's several gigs of data. It basically covers pretty much all Mercedes models up to 2020. You can do a search on youtube for some guides on how to use it. It's basically what the mechanics would use at the dealership to do the repairs so it tells you step by step what to do but also assumes you may have some Mercedes specific tools to do the job. It is nothing like a Haynes repair manual, much more detailed. And much more complicated to use. It's basically a knock off copy of the full system which is why it's so cheap. They went to a new system after 2020 so that system you could access but it's $63 a day so the knock off copy is much more affordable. It would probably take you a few days even to figure out the new Mercedes system.

Do I need to pay extra on top of $7 USD ebay link you posted (after purchasing that WSI thing ) to have access to the main manual?

 

No, it's the full version. Just a knock off copy that's all.
