Radio is doing crazy ****e since Sirius
Recently purchased a 2009 E350 with 28K miles. Car is in perfect shape. Headed home to TX from San Diego.
Radio/CD was working perfectly for two days. Decided to take advantage of Sirius's $5/month for 2 years offer and
had them activate my radio. Almost IMMEDIATELY the radio starts to act wonky. Radio shuts off every 45 seconds
and then re-starts, then shuts off again. All because of adding Sirius to the radio.
Has anyone experienced this? I've googled this and there's about a hundred different answers/excuses.....
It would be nice to at least use the radio again. Can't use the NAV, CD FM Radio, etc. what a bite.

IIRC, there is room in older mercedes for only some of the programming currently available. Sirius/xm is trying to push 2 gallons of programming into a 1 gallon hole. Again IIRC, an update from your friendly Mercedes dealer will fix this.
